Our creative team can design from scratch or work with you to bring your ideas to life through 2D and 3D renders. Once you’re happy with the design on screen, we can provide samples and create mockups to check that every last detail is perfect.
We work closely with farmers to source materials in an ethical and sustainable way, such as fairtrade. We use deadstock or offcuts wherever possible to minimise waster.

All of our products are crafted in our wholly owned factory in Pondicherry, India. This ownership provides full transparency at every stage of production—from sourcing raw materials to cutting, printing, color-mixing, stitching, curing, packing, and beyond.

Once you have sent us an inquiry – including your artwork (when possible) – and special requests (labelling, options, fulfillment, delivery etc.…)
1. We will send you an offer and, if you wish, a digital sample. Estimates are typically generated the same day or the next day, but custom order requests may take longer.
2. If you accept the offer, we will ask you to sign a purchase order (digital) and send you an invoice and final digital artwork for your approval.
3. Once payment is received or payment terms are agreed with our finance team and the digital artwork is approved, we proceed to full-scale sampling or production.
4. You can choose to request a photo or video (for large orders) of the product before production, or to physically mail a sample. This can lengthen the production process and incur costs
We will deliver by surface mail, air mail, or courier service if you are in a hurry. We recommend sea freight because planning ahead can save you up to 97% on your carbon footprint.
For deliveries to Europe, these are routed through our Belgian hub
For UK deliveries, these are shipped via our warehouse in London
For ROW shipping, depending on the destination country, it will either be shipped directly from our hub in India or via the UK.
We make every effort to deliver the product on time.
We have express and standard shipping services. Flexible shipping options are available (partial shipping, palletizing options, multi-site shipping).
Delivery times depend on the complexity of your order and the shipping method you choose. It can be anywhere from 10 days to 12 weeks, but most are 2 to 4 weeks from all grants.
The Pantone Chart is available here however, please note that colors on your computer screen may differ from the actual product.
We strongly recommend that you send us an actual sample of the Pantone color you would like to order. E.g., Printed cards, scraps of cloth, printed paper, etc.
Some prints are done with different inks and methods depending on the color of the artwork and material. We use eco-friendly inks that are non-toxic and REACH compliant.
Artwork must be submitted in a high-resolution format with at least 300-400 pixels (dpi). All colors must be uncoated Pantone (U number on Pantone chart). PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, EPS (Note that JPEG files are a compressed format and lose resolution each time you open and save them. Do not use JPEG files for reproduction purposes.
Unfortunately, we do not accept low resolution artwork. However, there are graphic design services that allow you to redraw for a fee. Please ask your sales representative.
Both methods have advantages depending on the desired result. Screen printing provides a traditional finish with softer colors and a softer look. Digital is brighter and clearer.
Screen printing:
Screen printing uses one screen per color. The screen applies 1 color, and you can print up to 7 colors per project. Screen printing is used to print on all kinds of materials such as textiles, plastics, paper, and latex.
Digital printing:
This is the latest process monitored by the computer. The image is analyzed and converted into a format that can be printed directly on fabric. This process allows you to print more detailed artwork. It is faster but more expensive than screen printing as it does not require the screen to be unfolded before printing.
Yes – we make all our products to order and are fully printable. Unlike other specialty stores that finish overprinted products, we can print edge-to-edge on the fabric before sewing.
Velvet, deadstock leather and faux leather can be embossed or embossed.
Deadstock is leftover fabric from the previous production and can be used for handles, pockets, linings, etc. As a sustainable company, we try not to waste anything.
We proudly manufacture our bags in our own factory in Pondicherry, India. This allows us to take control of our supply chain and be ethical and sustainable. 90% of this workforce are women working at all levels of seniority.
